Accountabilities

This role develops over time, with increasing responsibility as judgment and familiarity with our files deepen.

• Capture, organize, and manage evidence that supports case theory and outcomes.
• Coordinate with clients, the Canada Revenue Agency, and the Department of Justice to keep matters moving cleanly.
• Organize discoveries, meetings, and procedural steps with precision.
• Support lawyers by ensuring files progress on time and to standard.
• Draft clear, persuasive correspondence and submissions.

Qualification

• Graduate of a recognized Canadian law clerk or paralegal program.
• Proficiency with standard productivity software and comfort adopting new systems.
• English Proficiency C1 or Higher.
• Ontario resident who possesses eligibility to work in Canada.

Work ModelThis is an office-first role. In-person collaboration matters, particularly in the first year, and supports how we work, train, and deliver outcomes.
