Ensures all activities conducted are always compliant with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will :

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, APM, and others based on business needs.
• Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using technologies like REST and SOAP web services.
• Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner honoring the allocated budget and timelines.
• Create and maintain documentation on application configurations, system integrations, and process workflows.
• Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to provide efficient solutions.
• Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
• Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design; performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations.
• Taking part in cross training with peers on different aspects of development.
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
• Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML / ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML / ATF Global Handbook, and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
• Champions a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vison / values / business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.
