WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is on a mission to revolutionize the home services industry.   • The Digital Native : You live and breathe social media trends and have the technical chops to turn digital interactions into brand engagement.

ð¼ YOUR IMPACT AT WOW 1 DAY PAINTING

  • Own the Email Ecosystem : You will build schedule and launch the email campaignsfrom newsletters to automated flowsthat drive customer lifetime value.
  • Amplify Our Voice : Youll be the voice of the brand across social platforms engaging with our community and executing a content calendar that sparks real engagement.
  • Bridge Creative & Growth : Youll collaborate with the Brand & Creative Manager to produce digital assets and marketing collateral that ensure our Franchise Partners win in their local markets.
  • Drive Data-Informed Results : You wont just post and pray; youll monitor performance and provide reports on key metrics like open rates and engagement to influence our strategy.

  • Proven Execution : Demonstrated experience in managing digital operations including email marketing audience segmentation and social media scheduling.
  • Content Mastery : Practical experience capturing short-form video and photography that resonates with modern audiences.
  • The Play to Win Mindset : You are comfortable in a fast-paced evolving environment and want to see your work have a direct impact on the bottom line.
  • Collaborative Spirit : A strong ability to achieve goals through collaboration with Performance Marketing and Creative teams.

    • ð COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary : $45000- $55000 per annum (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education experience and internal parity).

    • ð HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Our Model : We have created a hybrid work model that helps us get together to Collaborate Celebrate and Connect while enjoying the flexibility of working where it makes sense for you.
  • Office Presence : For this roles duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will come into the office three days a week Tuesday through Thursday.
