YOUR ROLE

Are you passionate about customs and logistics? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to develop your skills as a Customs Agent. You will be ensuring client shipments and merchandise delivery while offering consistent high level of service, profitability and cost efficiency, while adhering to all applicable company and regulatory requirements.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Respond to clients’ inquiries regarding customs clearance and follow up.
Preparation, customs clearance, and classification of air, ocean, and ground

Shipments.

Ensure costs related to the file are indicated on the billing document.

Comply with the laws and regulations of the the different governments and the ISO

Standards set out by the company.

Communicate with different stakeholders to offer superior service.

Communicate, without delay, information or problems, to the immediate supervisor.

Other duties as defined by the immediate supervisor

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience : High School Diploma or post-secondary

education or experience, Two to three years of related experience.

Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients

Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver

Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and

external expectations

Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Good interpersonal and teamworking skills required
