Adecco is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Fredericton, NB. This temporary position offers an hourly wage of $23. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both front-end and back-end order processing, handling customer inquiries over the phone, managing billing processes, and providing exceptional customer service. Pay rate : $23 / hour.

Location : Fredericton, NB

Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Handle both front-end and back-end order processing efficiently and accurately.

Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide timely solutions.

Assist with billing inquiries, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and processing payments.

Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Maintain and update customer records in the system, ensuring accuracy.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and services are delivered on time. Requirements :

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare-related field.

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Reliable transportation is required for the role.
