As our Custodial Services Supervisor at the Michelin Tire Plant in Bridgewater, you will be the driving force behind a safe, clean, and smoothly run facility. Working closely with the Custodial Services Manager, you’ll lead a hands-on cleaning team, oversee daily operations, and keep standards exceptionally high.

Lead & Inspire: Coordinate, supervise, and develop team members through coaching, recruitment, and hands-on support.
Maintain Operational Excellence: Inspect work zones to ensure all safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
Hands-On Execution: Oversee and assist with general and specialized facility maintenance (trash removal, floor care like buffing/stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, window washing, and thorough disinfecting).
Admin & Scheduling: Assist with labor scheduling, monitor staffing needs, and help manage inventory, purchasing, and billing.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure full team compliance with all Aramark and client policies, Provincial OH&S, and WHMIS regulations.
Client & Team Relations: Resolve internal or customer concerns with urgency, respect, and utmost professionalism.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
