About the Opportunity

• Supervise corporate events from setup to teardown based on event plans

Manage external parties for event execution, day of, and before

Oversee the all deliveries and set-up for events on-site

Ensure adherence to permits and guidelines for third-parties and internal resources

Hands on approach to ensuring a positive environment and execution during the event

Working closely with the internal teams for the logistical requirements of any events

Supporting all aspects of managed events on-site including prep, setup and teardown

Recommend process improvements pre / post events to internal stakeholders

Inbox and calendar management

Office administration and on-site maintenance (maintaining meeting rooms, event supplies, various ad-hoc admin tasks)

About You

1+ year in event planning or event coordination in a corporate setting is considered an asset

Proficiency in Microsoft tools – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, MS Forms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding client expectations

Strong time management and organizational skills to organize and prioritize tasks to meet event requirements

Pay Range

24 - $28 / hour
