Role Description

This is an on-site role for Administration Staff in Greater Toronto, Canada. The Administration Staff is responsible for providing services to support local operations, sales and technical support, and Finance and accounting. The candidate will be responsible for performing various clerical duties, assisting with accounting tasks, invoicing, and working collaboratively with other team members. Day-to-day tasks also include managing office supplies, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and packaging & shipping.

  • Managing Bill payments and issuing checks.
  • Supporting the making Financial Sheet & the Audit.
  • Making Travel arrangements, team finances.
  • Clerical tasks, such as managing office supplies and handling correspondence.
  • Arrange for the delivery of goods that include the full set of I / E shipping documents.
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with team members and external parties.
  • Taking calls for technical support on the main number & forwarding to relevant teams.
  • Able to work with the building management or landlord for repair requests.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from College or University (Associate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and Finance preferred)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role for at least 2 years is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software suite and accounting program & tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in Group Work settings.
  • Experience in Accounting and Invoicing.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Bilingual Korean and English, speaking and writing, preferred.
  • Work Authorization

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen with a valid Driver's license.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check per local laws / regulations.
  • No work visa sponsorship is provided for this role.
