We are actively looking for applicants based in Saskatchewan.

This role is REMOTE. Train from home and work from home. We offer PAID TRAINING.

We have a permanent full-time opportunity and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating hours of

Monday to Saturday between 5 : 00am to 8 : 15pm CST (7am to 10 : 15pm ET)

This position starts on January 28, 2025 successful candidates MUST be available to start.

Qualifications

Must bring your own device. The device must :

Support Windows 10 (1803 or higher)

Have at least 8BG of RAM (memory)

Have at least 500BM of free space (storage / HDD)

Minimum internet speed at least 10mbps

Webcam

Bilingual Spanish is an asset

Ability to work independently and within a team and maintain accuracy

Ability to work flexible shifts

Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine the appropriate course of action

Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient computer skills

Experience in accounts receivables at various stages of overdue payments, call center or customer service environments is a plus

Compensation

Hourly rate of $15.00 plus 4% vacation pay
