We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Coordinator who would play an instrumental role in managing all activities of a housing Co-op. Reporting to the Board of Directors, day to day duties include development, budget management, property management, and office administration. The Coordinator should have experience working in a community based Social Services setting or the non-profit sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise & support the Board and different committees.
- Providing reports to the Board, Municipal partners and external accounting firm.
- Property management and maintenance.
- Rental Administration & member selection.
- Office administration and office management.
- Tenant relations.
