About the Opportunity

Accounts Payable :

• Process and maintain accurate records for accounts payable into our accounting system .

Review and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy.

Assist in managing payment schedules and maintaining accurate vendor information.

Coordinate with vendors to maintain strong relationships. Accounts Receivable :

Process and maintain accurate records for accounts receivable into our accounting system.

Review and verify customer invoices against their contracts and SOWs, and ensure approval.

Ensure timely and accurate payment of customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables or disputes. Trade spend Analysis :

Support the analysis of trade spend data, ensuring proper allocation and reconciliation of trade promotions, discounts, and rebates.

Assist in identifying and reporting discrepancies related to trade spend and vendor agreements. Month-End Close Assistance :

Help with the preparation and entry of journal entries for the month-end close process.

Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and prepare reports for manager review.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end tasks. Other Accounting Support :

Maintain accurate and organized financial records for auditing purposes.
