We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This role combines customer service and order coordination, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

• 20-23 / hour (depending on experience)
• Monday to Friday
• Process new equipment orders through Salesforce and release to production.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and resolve issues.
• Handle customer inquiries about orders, shipping, and product details.
• Process warranty replacement orders and adjust part availability as needed.
