Description de posteMaintain and nurture existing accounts. Identify and build long term customer relationships to develop new contracts and volume sources to grow the business. Monitor customer accounts in order to keep them informed of any potential issues. Act as the liaison between customers, drivers, customer service, and operations in order to ensure expectations are being met and special instructions recognized. Maintain a close relationship with the Credit department in order to ensure that our accounts are current. Be aware and keep on top of any changes that may occur with existing customers and ensure that we are doing everything possible to secure their business. 2-3 years of Sales / Account Management experience within the Transportation Industry Experience selling cross-border LTL and FTL solutions is considered a strong asset Knowledge of the National Motor Freight Classification system (items and classes) is preferred Familiarity with class and discount pricing structures Be self-managed and able to perform job requirements with a minimal amount of supervision https : / / www.linkedin.com / in / melissa-cumetti-2ab401169 / https : / / www.linkedin.com / in / philippepilon /
