Randstad Digital is seeking a PIA Specialist for an immediate contract opportunity for the Crown Corporation client based in Ottawa.
This opportunity can be offered to fully remote working contractors in Canada.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of demonstrated, relevant, professional experience in an enterprise or government-based environment.
There is a mandatory requirement to possess a Level II Secret PSPC Clearance.
Advantages
The PIA Specialists will work very closely with the Privacy Office both as a Privacy Subject Matter Expert (SME) and to deliver on other privacy initiatives during the duration of the contract.
Responsibilities
The resources will provide support for privacy impact assessments and other privacy-related functions. The activities that the PIA Specialist will conduct have been grouped into the following categories, activities and deliverables
1) Convert existing PIAs from the old template to the new PIA template including :
- Understand the new PIA procedure and template;
- Collate information from old PIAs and translate them into the new format;
- Identify gaps in the existing PIAs with respect to the requirements of the new PIA format.
2) Complete PIAs following newly developed PIA procedures and templates including :
