Hiring a Director of Nursing for a Well-Established 180-bed Facility in Daytona Beach, FL!
Location : Dayton Beach, FL
Salary : $110,000 Annually with Benefits (Flexible)
Duration : Permanent role / FTE Employment

As the Director of Nursing, you will play a vital role in overseeing and guiding our nursing staff. Collaborating closely with department heads and the entire team, you'll help ensure that our care is exceptional and that we meet all regulations and standards.
What you will be doing :
Ensuring all documentation from physicians and nursing staff complies with regulations, and overseeing the implementation of regional policies and procedures.
Supporting the care planning process and driving quality assurance and risk management programs.
Conducting daily rounds to guide staff, identify potential hazards, and ensure patients' needs are consistently met.
Assisting with Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives and any necessary follow-up actions.
Following up on each unit daily to ensure all changes in patient status are properly reported and recorded.
What you must have :
Active RN License in the state
At least 3 years of nursing experience, with 1 year as an ADON / DON.
Experience in long-term / skilled nursing facility (strongly preferred)
