We are looking for a customer-oriented , motivated individual to join our professional team as a Class 3 or 5 Delivery Driver at our Athabasca location . This position will report to the Branch Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities :
- Deliver company equipment and rentals to customers at their location
- Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered equipment and collect payment for services when required; submit documentation to manager
- Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order
- Conduct minor maintenance tasks on commercial vehicles as needed
- Provide support and ensure customer satisfaction during delivery of rental equipment
- Clear and effective communication with staff and customers
- Promote company image through excellent customer service
- Complete necessary paperwork for vehicle inspections
- Maintain proper documentation throughout the equipment rental process and internal safety controls
- Bring a positive energy to the branch to help maintain and improve morale of the team day to day
- Other duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or management team
