In this role, you'll take ownership of the Craft CMS platform, managing both the frontend and backend of the website, while supporting a range of digital initiatives across a fast-growing SaaS business.Reporting to the Web Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain site performance, enhance UX, execute A / B testing, and support data-driven marketing strategies. This is a great opportunity to work for a globally recognized, PE-backed leader in financial performance management.Key Responsibilities : Website & CMS ManagementMaintain and enhance the website using Craft CMSDevelop custom features and templates using PHP, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScriptManage plugins and ensure overall site functionality and securityDigital Optimization & TestingSupport A / B and multivariate test executionAnalyze web data and testing outcomes to recommend improvementsOptimize page load speeds, accessibility, and SEO performanceSkills & Experience3+ years of web development experience, ideally in a CMS-focused roleIntermediate PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript skillsExperience with Craft CMS (or similar platforms)Familiarity with A / B testing, Git, Bootstrap, SEO, accessibility best practicesExcellent communication and project coordination skillsBonus : Experience with tools like Eloqua, Salesforce, Drift, Vidyard, or Smartling is a plus.This position offers very strong benefits, and also a performance-related bonus.If keen, please apply!Thank you,Team Amberes
