Reporting to the Senior Manager, International & Domestic Sales, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic Sales team to plan and manage the North American markets, including US, Mexico, Brazil and Canada
Responsibilities :
Tour Operator Sales and Business Development US & Canada (B2B2C) :
- Identify and target tour operators, and other potential partners globally to promote our rail travel services. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share including sales presentation and training. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the travel industry;
- Act as the primary point of contact for tour operators. Understand client needs and tailor our offerings to meet their requirements. Provide excellent customer service to maintain and enhance client relationships;
- Manage travel trade Fams and Media Fams from these markets to maximize VIA’s presence and increase sales of our VIA products, year-round;
- Establish and maintain good relationships with travel industry partners in these markets to further expand VIA’s presence and sales.
