Description de postePerform company valuation analyses using methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples, and comparable transactions. Build and maintain advanced financial models to simulate different strategic scenarios. Analyze the historical and projected performance of target companies Study trends in the technology sector and their impact on company valuation. Follow market developments, fundraising, and recent transactions in the industry. Identify risks and opportunities related to technological and regulatory developments. Collaborate with the finance, investment and strategic development teams to evaluate growth opportunities. Prepare reports and presentations for management, investors and external partners. Participate in financial due diligence during merger-acquisition transactions Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration. CPA, CFA or CBV certification is an asset 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business valuation or M&A transactions. Excellent proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis. Knowledge of financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook). Ability to understand and analyze financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analytical mind and rigor in the interpretation of financial data.
