Description de posteMinimum one year of relevant experience in technical service or similar role. Strong technical background with the ability to learn mechanical and industry-specific standards. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills in French, functional English preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and capability to learn new software. Full-time, permanent position after a six-month probationary period. Dynamic, relaxed work setting that values precision, client service, and safety. Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Three weeks paid vacation, enhanced overtime pay, and on-site parking. Casual dress code. Comprehensive benefits package available after the initial employment period.

Join a leading manufacturing and after-sales service company specializing in industrial and mechanical products. We are looking for a technical and customer service coordinator to oversee customer service operations and ensure top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate service calls and maintenance schedules, optimizing daily routes for technicians using mapping software.
- Handle urgent customer calls, ensuring prompt and effective service response.
- Manage communications with field staff to track and adjust day-to-day activities.
- Input repair and maintenance data into the system prepare work orders, and draft quotes and invoices.
