• Self-disciplined individual with an ability to work in an ever-changing environment
• Able to handle client bases of all sizes, as well as high-scale projects
• Able to track and review subcontractor H&S submissions for completion and accuracy (SWPs, JHAs, daily task hazard analysis, hot work permits) where required
• Comfortable spending long periods in a construction environment of standing and walking through active job sites (5+ hours per day)
• Effective communicators that can interact with on site staff, visitors, subcontractors, trades, clients and vendors
• Attentive to detail and accuracy
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong presenter
