Job Description

This posting is intended to collect Expressions of Interest for potential future opportunities.

At ClearWater, the Project Coordinator plays a vital support role in ensuring the smooth execution of industrial projects. Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, this role contributes to the successful delivery of projects by coordinating planning activities, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and supporting communication across stakeholders. The Project Coordinator helps to uphold ClearWater's standards for safety, quality, and operational excellence, contributing to client satisfaction and project success.

What would you be doing?

  • Assist in the coordination of project activities, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations. Support the Project Manager in day-to-day execution tasks.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, change logs, and safety documentation. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and client use.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans such as the Safety Management Plan, Quality Plan, and Subcontractor Management Plan.
  • Help monitor contract deliverables and scope changes. Ensure documentation is updated and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Promote ClearWater's safety culture by ensuring documentation and reporting align with safety protocols. Assist in tracking compliance issues and resolutions.
  • Assist in tracking project performance metrics and flagging potential issues to the Project Manager.
  • Support the implementation of project management policies and procedures in collaboration with the project leadership team.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination role, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial services.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Project Management, Construction Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP-CAPM or equivalent certification is an asset.
  • Skilled in supporting project planning, scheduling, and execution activities to ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Works effectively within multidisciplinary teams, contributing to a positive and productive project environment.
  • Familiar with project management tools and software; able to interpret basic construction documents and project plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
