Dream Summit Industrial is looking for a Building Operator #ZR
We are is always looking for the best and brightest to join its thriving community. Dream Summit Industrial is currently looking for a Building Operator who is ready to work hard and understands the importance of excellent customer service.

The Dream Summit Industrial team certainly keeps busy, and that’s true for our teams on the ground and in our offices. We are looking for someone who can run our buildings and make our tenants feel like stars. Sound like something you can and want to do? Over your 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance, you’ve learned to treat buildings with care and their tenants with even greater dedication. You always look for the best way to do things and aren’t afraid to think outside the box to find the best answer. You address every request with a smile and in a timely manner, no matter how big or small, and you also know how to prioritize your multiple tasks.
We want you on board because you can work independently but are a team player, and your team and tenants trust you. That stems from you really liking people, which shows in how you interact with others and the ease with which you communicate.

What will you do?
Simply put, you will be responsible for maintenance and building operations. Below are some of the primary responsibilities that entails; we’ll discuss the others in person :
- Carry out and / or supervise preventative maintenance and regular inspections on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and life safety systems;
- Complete tenant service calls such as changing lights, heating / cooling calls etc. in a safe and professional manner;
- Oversee the appearance and safety of the properties;
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions / recommendations ;
- Oversee contractors and ensure they abide by contract guidelines and project timelines;
- Respond to emergency after hours calls as required;
- Communicate with Property Management on building and tenant issues regularly;
- Maintain maintenance and daily logs of equipment including meter readings;
- Maintain keys and locks register
