Harris Computer Systems is seeking a Finance Assistant to work closely with both finance and the operational team, in providing financial support for the division.

As a Finance Assistant, you will be working with the Bizmatics and Benchmark team. We are looking for someone that is resourceful, inquisitive, self-motivated, possess proven interpersonal skills and capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy during peak periods.

What your impact will be :

Proactively communicating to the Business Units on problem accounts
Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues
Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
Preparing information required for the month-end
Reconciling other accounts as needed / required

Qualifications :

Associate or bachelor’s degree degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

1-4 years of experience in finance role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also be considered.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
