Job Title : ServiceNow Architect / Senior SME
Position Type : Full-time / Remote
Location : Ontario, Canada
In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and / or to comply with federal or state law.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- ServiceNow certification or equivalent experience. Technical level experience in ServiceNow
- Require a techno functional candidate, Experience in the Industries Deep knowledge of the ITSM,SPM platform, tools, and capabilities.
- Proven experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, with a focus on SPM
- Ability to work on cloning / upgrades activities
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams
- Ability to work with global teams to achieve significant initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- At least 2 years' experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
