Reporting to the Shop Superintendent the Shop Coordinator will work on equipment processes required for equipment maintenance.

Primary Scope of Role :

• Daily input of hour meter readings, mileage readings, run PM reports, make sure work order, P.O.’s are setup and equipment operator reports are filed
• Review regular maintenance schedule of equipment, as per GPS data and inform shop if maintenance required
• Order and sort parts as required
• Setup item codes for parts
• Process receipts, order requisitions and ensure parts coded properly
• Requisition, receive and voucher parts for Shop and Fleet
• Ensure all repair invoices are photocopied and filed by each piece of equipment as part of CVOR requirements
• Track inventory usage and closing balances.
• Other duties and tasks that may arise.
