What you will do

  • Trouble shooting and consulting on facility design and operating problems, working directly with operations and maintenance personal
  • Prepare engineering designs using industry code and company standards for facility upgrades and replacement in kinds of piping, pumps, and all other process equipment.
  • Perform studies on enhancement opportunities, finalize studies with engineered design packages for execution
  • Provide engineering guidance on execution of facility upgrades, work directly with maintenance group and contractors
  • Direct mentorship under professional engineers

About you

Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and safe driving record
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering Degree from a Canadian Accredited (or equivalent) University
  • Registered with APEGA as an or
  • Strong technical background in facilities and surveillance engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Previous industry experience; preference will be given to cold weather engineering experience.
  • Commitment to safety on and off the job.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that enables you to build strong, positive relationships with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team-based environment.
  • Start date :  Q4, 2024
