Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and driven Conservation Account Manager (CAM) to promote energy efficiency programs and identify energy-saving opportunities within assigned commercial accounts. The CAM will provide technical guidance and support for energy-saving initiatives to help achieve Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop energy-saving projects with key accounts and supply chain partners to meet CDM objectives.
• Build and implement strategic account plans, fostering relationships at various organizational levels.
• Assist with CDM incentive applications, ensuring technical, economic, and eligibility criteria are met.
• Meet or exceed assigned energy savings targets.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with industry associations and key stakeholders.
• Promote energy efficiency measures and provide market intelligence and strategic insights.
• Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to policies and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and other departments to improve operational workflows.
• Attend industry events and perform additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications :

Target Salary : 45-$48 per hour
