Description de posteForecast demand and plan inventory levels to support production and sales targets. Procurement & Vendor Management : Collaborate with vendors and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely material and product delivery. Inventory & Logistics : Coordinate logistics and distribution efforts to ensure efficient product delivery. Process Improvement : Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement. Team Leadership : Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the team. Risk Management & Compliance : Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment. Proven track record in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relationship management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain management software. Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure that our products are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy & Planning :
Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
Oversee inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancements.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
