Product Manager – Salesforce
Location : Remote (Canada)
We’re partnering with a leading North American SaaS company that's redefining how professionals manage complex workflows through smart, scalable digital platforms. They’re now hiring a Product Manager to take full ownership of a product line - driving user value and delivering measurable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for a product thinker with strong CRM (especially Salesforce ) experience, deep familiarity with API integrations , and a love for building intuitive, data-informed features that matter.
What You’ll Do
- Be the voice of the customer : translate real needs into clear product requirements
- Own and shape the roadmap , prioritize features that deliver impact
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing
- Define and track key KPIs , adjusting based on performance and insights
- Guide agile sprints, from ideation through launch and iteration
- Run business reviews and contribute to product strategy discussions
- Stay on top of industry trends and help define what’s next
