Your area of focus :

The Service Warranty Administrator manages and oversees warranty claims, processing them accurately and in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies. The role involves close collaboration with service department staff, customers, and manufacturers.

Responsibilities :

• Process warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to manufacturers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for warranty work and claims.
• Communicate with customers regarding warranty status and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure proper warranty documentation and parts management.
• Monitor compliance with manufacturer standards and assist with reporting and audits.
