Position DescriptionThe AIA Youth Initiatives Program Coordinator will work to help people know Jesus and experience his power to change the world through sport by assisting the Regional Director in the implementation of Action Camps and / or Action Clubs and / or other community based sports initiatives. This person must have a heart to see youth experience the love of Jesus, to see coaches and other volunteers discipled in their faith, and a desire to partner with the local church in order to reach their community. They are to assist in the areas of : the execution of sport initiatives; the maintaining and tracking of relationships with local churches and community sports groups; the administrative support necessary to carry out an Action Camp and / or Club program.For this and the majority of our roles with AIA, the Program Coordinator will trust God to provide financially through a team of ministry partners who will support them financially and through prayer. We provide a team to help you accomplish this and it is a hard journey but if you are called to this, it will be one of the most impactful things you will ever do.
