Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support the growth of our Secure Power Software portfolio across Canada.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sales professional looking to build experience in software solutions, partner engagement, and customer-facing selling. Key Responsibilities: * Support the growth of Schneider Electric's Secure Power Software solutions, including monitoring and management offerings * Engage with channel partners (DMRs, VARs, and distributors) and end customers to support sales activities and drive interest in software solutions * Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs to showcase value and capabilities to customers and partners * Assist with lead qualification, pipeline development, and opportunity progression * Collaborate with field sales, technical specialists, and vendor teams to support deal execution and customer success * Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline tracking, and follow-up activities * Participate in ongoing sales enablement and training to build product and industry knowledge What We're Looking For: * 1-3 years of sales, customer service, or inside sales experience (technology or software exposure is an asset) * Strong interest in software solutions, digital infrastructure, or IT environments * Confident communicator with the ability to present and demonstrate solutions to customers * Bilingual (English/French) is an asset * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn * Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and customer-first approach Why Schneider Electric? * Join a global leader in digital transformation and energy management * Build foundational sales and technical skills within a growing software business * Access structured mentorship, training, and career development opportunities * Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment Ready to grow your sales career?
