Payroll Processing
- Enter and verify timecards
- Apply payroll, benefit, and tax deductions accurately
- Process employee payments and reconcile payroll accounts
- Add or update employee profiles (address, banking, contact information)
- Add new employees and manage onboarding processes
- Terminate employees and process severance packages
- Issue Records of Employment (ROE)
- Prepare and issue T4 slips
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Maintain accurate HR/payroll records in Quadrant software
- Troubleshoot employee payroll inquiries and support use of Quadrant Self-Service portal
About You
- Proven experience in payroll and HR administration
- Experience with Quadrant HR / Quadrant Workforce software preferred
- Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and tax deductions
- Knowledge of ROE, T4 preparation, and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for employee support
Pay Range
$42 - $50 / hour
