Putt Social is a brand new, next level entertainment venue that features a tech infused, interactive 9-hole mini-golf course and immersive games paired with a delicious menu and a variety of uniquely crafted drinks. This is a next generation experience for all ages!
As the General Manager at Putt Social, you'll be the captain of the course, leading the team to deliver an un-fore-gettable experience every time! You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that every round of mini golf is paired with excellent food, drinks, and top-notch service. You'll drive the team to stay on target with achieving goals and budget expectations, all while keeping the atmosphere lively and fun.
The General Manager will inspire the team to perform at their best, making sure every guest leaves feeling like they've hit a hole-in-one. Organizational skills are key to managing the dynamic pace of the venue, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from the kitchen to the green.

Tee-off Targets”
- Responsible for the daily operations
- Hiring, development and scheduling of all team members
- Provide outstanding guest satisfaction and service
- Provide leadership, problem solving, and decision making in all areas
- Meet and maintain accountability and profitability of specific areas as determined by operating standards and build sales while managing the restaurant budget
- Maintain a positive culture of diversity and inclusivity
- Ensure operational and occupational health and safety standards are in place and adhered to every shift.
- Measure and evaluate service standards
- Smart Serve Certification
- Standard First Aid / CPRC / AED certification
- Food Safety Certification
- Post Secondary Education in Restaurant Management / Hospitality Management preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Strong analytical / decision-making skills.
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to : POS, inventory software, Excel and Word
- Leadership skills – able to direct, coach, and supervise a team
- Customer service skills – able to exceed guest expectations.
- Other duties as required.
