(Open to anyone able to work in Canada.) In this job, you will... Coordinate translation and subtitling projects for high-end clients. Maintain supply of highly qualified linguists for clients’ projects by proper capacity planning, constant pipeline management, working closely with recruiting, onboarding and training to effectively engage resources. Be part of the round-the-clock team providing production and linguist support, liaising with team members based in international offices. Manage language teams of freelance translators across the globe. Drive process optimization within the team to ensure workflows are streamlined and efficient. You have... 2+ years of relevant working experience in the localization and / or media industry. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in linguistics or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English. The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing and pivoting accordingly. Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with superb attention to detail. A proactive mindset, able to work well within a global team environment. An aptitude for data analysis and / or previous proven experience with data analysis.
