Your help in outreaches such as the following will be critical : Retirement Planning, Financial & Cash Flow Planning, Tax Planning, Estate Planning and Risk Management.Interact on our behalf on social media platforms, mainly LinkedIn.Assist in scheduling social media posts and marketing campaigns to promote our firm's services.Data Management : Update and maintain client data in Wealthbox, ensuring accurate and organized records. Manage online access for clients, facilitating secure and appropriate access to relevant information.Using data from Wealthbox and investment management systems maintain weekly / monthly updates for our KPIs on Ninety.io to prepare for effective regular team meetings. Digital filing, establishing and maintaining client’s information securely in their own online “vault.”Using our digital assistant “Zocks” to file transcribed notes into client records and schedule any tasks pursuant to our meetings.Lead Follow-Up technology : Working with in-bound marketing and leads, entering relevant information into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Following up when prospective clients make inquiries or when they download or participate in any of our “lead magnets” or questionnaires.Managing the Sales & Opportunity Funnel on our Client Relationship Management system (CRM.).As the ideal candidate you possess : The 3 key skills for this role would be Technology skills, People Skills, Marketing SkillsAlthough financial Industry experience is a definite asset, it is not a requirement. Our clients’ business is dependent on technology. As such, they are very interested in your experience in managing and implementing technological applications and how to improve them working together. Strong understanding of workflows and workflow management. Excellent technological aptitude and willingness to learn new tools quickly.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Familiarity with many of the following systems is an asset, but not required : Ndex, Wealthbox, FutureVault, Conquest, DocuSign, Canva, Mailchimp. ChatGPT.
