Wage : $ 17.88 an hour

What we are looking for :

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Top- notch customer service skill set.
• Professional and positive approach mindset.
• Strong understanding of the city Victoria.
• Proficient in English language (verbal and written)
• Flexible working outside in all weather conditions
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Responsibilities / Duties include :
• Welcome and greet guests at Guest Service Center.
• Proactively engage with guests to provide memorable customer interviews.
• Maintain knowledge of the Center’s upcoming events and store locations.
• Promoting store merchandise with exceptional customer service.
• Maintain effective communication with Center’s retailers
• Ability to deal with guest complaints and provide effective solutions
• Promptly answering in person, live web chat, text and phone inquiries
• Act as a liaison between the client and other departments
• Assist the client with the promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments for guests needs.
• Create an exceptional experience for the Center.
