Our client is looking for a  Part-Time Receptionist  with excellent communication skills for a  03 to 6 months contract (with possibility of extension) in Grand Falls, NB.

Schedule : Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 4pm.

Responsibilities :

Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person

Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service

Assisting filing, sorting, and some data entry as required

Performing various administrative tasks as needed

Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

About you :

Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent is an asset

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Outgoing personality with a positive attitude

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

Demonstrated capability to provide team support and assistance as required.

Pay rate : $20-$22 / h
