Working as a  Customer Service Representative- Remote you will be responsible for handling Clients, from existing and potential customers. You are directly accountable for service levels, telephone service factors and quality of calls within a team-driven and fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities : Assist customers via phone, email, and text. Resolve inquiries and provide product information. Support the team in improving processes and customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries with care and professionalism. Provide solutions and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
