A highly specialized government organization is seeking a Senior Strategist to lead the strategic design and implementation of a comprehensive Oracle Asset Management process.
Do you have expertise in handling Oracle contracts, including Java agreements?
Do you have a proven ability to manage multiple license agreements?
Do you have a deep knowledge of Oracle product license distribution, tracking and optimization?

Responsibilities
To lead the strategic design and implementation of a comprehensive Oracle Asset Management process within the department, providing technical expertise, support, advice and guidance on Oracle licensing.
To conduct a current-state analysis of the department's Oracle footprint, including on-premise and cloud-based deployments, encompassing Oracle Java.
To provide expert guidance and detailed recommendations based on the assessment results to ensure compliance with best practices and optimize future Oracle contract terms and conditions.
To train and support the internal team in negotiating stand-alone Oracle contracts.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in negotiating and managing enterprise Oracle contracts within the Federal Government.
Expertise in handling Oracle contracts.
Proven ability to manage multiple licensing agreements.
Deep knowledge of Oracle product license distribution.
Security Clearance : Must hold or be eligible for Secret Level II clearance.
