What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Assessing the condition of existing building envelopes, recommending solutions for failed building envelopes, and authoring of reports.
- Building envelope design review of architectural drawings and specifications
- Review of submittals, shop drawings, substitution requests and requests for information
- Mock-up review, plant visits and witness testing
- Design and preparation of construction documents of building envelope assemblies in restoration
- Preparing specifications and drawings for rehabilitation and design projects
- Conducting construction contract administration and construction review services
- Performing building condition assessments, performance audit, asset and property review / assessment, reserve fund studies, design, and coordinating various building repair(s)
- Liaising with clients, building strong client relationships, and generating new business
