A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience Previous experience in SAS systems administration. In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and databases. This role sits within Laurentian Bank.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAS System Administrator to manage, configure and maintain our SAS systems. You will play a key role in optimizing system performance, security and availability, while collaborating with teams to meet the organization's analytical and technological needs.
Responsibilities
- Install, analyze, configure and administer SAS environments (servers, software and associated tools).
- Monitor SAS system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Solve complex problems; adopt a fresh perspective on existing solutions; exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information and practical knowledge in own professional discipline, as well as basic knowledge in related professional disciplines.
- Responsible for SAS data and systems security.
- Perform regular updates and backups to ensure smooth processes.
- Act as an expert within the data and analysis teams to optimize workflows.
- You are responsible for managing data and system security.
