Job Description

Position : SAS AML Developer

Location :   Downtown,Toronto Onsite / Remote

Contract Length :   6Months (possibility of Extension)

This is a 6-month contract with a high possibility of extension, require to travel 1-2 days a week (not specified days) at client location Downtown Toronto.

We are looking for highly motivated professionals with an interest in developing leadership and client interaction skills. You have strong expertise in IT delivery, data solutions and direct experience with deploying SAS solutions. You have participated or led both technical and data technical implementations. You have a strong sense of personal accountability and are focused on achieving your personal and career goals.

What you bring to the role :

A successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications :

  • Experience with SAS Anti Money Laundering solution- SAS AML scenario development and testing, SAS ETL development for AML data processing.
  • Good understanding and experience with SAS AML data model
  • Experience with Base SAS, Macro programming and troubleshooting OOTB SAS solution job flows and code repository
  • Experience in problem-solving and efficient troubleshooting of SAS Solutions deployed on SAS 9.X multi-tier environment
  • Experience with Unix or Linux commands
  • Working knowledge of SAS AML solution and its architecture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills from a business and technical perspective
  • Sense of initiative, organization and managing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ownership and intrinsic initiative
  • Proven ability to handle a broad range of activities with competing priorities
  • Highly disciplined and detail oriented

    • Nice to have skills but not mandatory :

  • Experience with SAS accessing DB2 database
