About the Role

As an Accounts Receivable professional , you will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and driving efficient cash flow management. In these temporary and contract roles , you will optimize accounts receivable processes, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Accounts Receivable Management – Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
  • Client Account Setup & Maintenance – Ensure accurate records and up-to-date account details.
  • Payment Processing & Discrepancy Resolution – Identify and resolve billing issues, ensuring timely payments.
  • Collections & Follow-Ups – Proactively manage overdue accounts and minimize outstanding balances.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis – Generate reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Finance Teams – Ensure smooth communication and financial accuracy.

    • What You Bring

  • Must-Have Qualifications :
  • 1+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
  • Immediate or short-notice availability to work.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Enrollment in CCP designation (an asset but not required).
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments .
