Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Sales Execution : Develop and implement detailed strategies to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management : Lead all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and post-sales relationship management.
  • Relationship Building : Cultivate long-term partnerships with executive decision-makers in e-commerce, logistics, 3PLs, and related industries.
  • Market Leadership : Challenge the status quo and position UniUni as a trusted partner for innovative delivery solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with BD, product, tech, and operations teams to deliver tailored client solutions and influence product roadmaps.
  • Performance Tracking : Regularly monitor sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with goals and proactively adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven Expertise : 5+ years in sales roles within logistics or related industries, with a history of exceeding quotas.
  • Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of final-mile delivery, e-commerce logistics, and 3PL operations.
  • Relationship-Driven : Demonstrated ability to build and sustain executive-level partnerships.
  • Sales Mastery : Skilled in prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex deals with enterprise clients.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce (or similar CRMs), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools.
  • Business Acumen : Strong strategic thinking, business insight, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Education : Post-secondary education in logistics, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Growth-Oriented : Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
