About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Operations & Revenue Growth Manager to oversee customer service, logistics, and revenue expansion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, loves streamlining operations, and has a knack for finding revenue opportunities.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, driving revenue growth initiatives, and implementing automation to reduce manual workload. If you are someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, loves solving problems, and gets excited about efficiency and process improvements, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations – Ensure smooth execution of customer service, logistics, and order fulfillment.
  • Set KPIs & processes – Establish clear performance metrics, accountability, and efficiency measures.
  • Build systems – Develop new processes to ensure greater efficiency and SOPs and knowledge bases are maintained.
  • Drive revenue growth – Identify and execute opportunities like new market expansion, HSA / FSA integration, and conversion strategies.
  • Lead & develop teams – Hire, train, and motivate employees to ensure high performance.
  • Implement automation – Reduce manual workload by streamlining repetitive tasks.
