Work with store leadership and other Managers to achieve business objectives. Training, coaching, and motivating your team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. Handle all hiring / firing of Sales Associates + the new staff onboarding process. Train staff on new products, sales techniques, and incentive programs. Conduct monthly 1-on-1s with Sales Team. Scheduling. Lead team with all day-to-day sales floor operations. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Enhance the customer experience and maintain customer relationships. Responsible for all visual merchandising. Use your expertise to provide a full-fit solution and premium education experience that goes beyond traditional retail. Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, the competitive landscape, and industry trends, and by teaming up with co-workers to provide a comprehensive sales experience Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. An organized, proactive, detail-oriented person. Outspoken team player who loves working with others. An experienced multi-tasker that thrives in a busy environment. Must be an active participant in the Toronto fitness community (Yoga / Runner preferred). You have a passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional experience for guests. Love interacting with people. Represent what Culture Athletics stands for. Demonstrate healthy living, and an active lifestyle, and be a role model for our customers / local community. Always strive to grow personally and professionally. Excellent communication skills. 2-4 years of RETAIL management / customer service experience required. Performance footwear and / or technical apparel sales are preferred. Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
Assistant Retail Manager with a passion for running and yoga.
We are looking for a new sales team leader who has a passion for fitness, running, and the yoga community. As the Assistant Retail Manager, you would be responsible for managing the sales floor and Sales Associate team.
Must be passionate about healthy / active living and have a strong appreciation for running and yoga. Must also have a conversational understanding of running / yoga and the role it plays in a healthy and active lifestyle.
The Finer Print
- Full-time, salaried position (35-40 hours per week)
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- All employees’ availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time. This could include aiding with events outside of store hours
