Executive Director, Labour Relations (Collective Bargaining) The British Columbia Public School Employers' Association (BCPSEA) is seeking a seasoned and strategic leader for the role of Executive Director, Labour Relations (Collective Bargaining) (“ED”). This pivotal position is responsible for overseeing the K-12 sector provincial agreement for teachers, the provincial framework agreement for support staff, and sector-wide provincial and local collective bargaining. In this prominent role, you are the employers’ Lead Spokesperson at provincial negotiation tables ensuring productive and progressive outcomes.The ED will spearhead the development of the sector’s collective bargaining mandate, manage provincial and sector bargaining preparation and strategy, approve bargaining plans, and coordinate sector communications. If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in labour relations and collective bargaining, and you are passionate about making a difference in the public education system, we want to hear from you!
