What you’ll do :
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
- Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels
- Lead a culture of safety and maximize operational efficiency
- Effectively manage the development and direction of the reporting team members
- Oversee the sales, margins, expenses, inventory, and sales for the department
- Provide training to gas bar clerks for all store duties and for opening and closing procedures
- Be familiar with and adhere to Lake Country Co-op policies such as selling of age restricted items and all government regulations relating to tobacco and lottery
- Complete all necessary daily reports as required including daily cash up and reconciliations
- Support and follow the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, procedures and train gas bar clerks accordingly
- Ensure the department is displaying, stocking, and rotating merchandise as per company policy and standard with a focus on maintaining image and brand standards
- Perform minor repairs to assets as required
- Complete other duties as required

Who you’ll work with : Reporting to the Community Operations Advisor, you will be a key participant in initiating, developing, and executing plans and policies to ensure continued growth in sales, service, and customer satisfaction. You will help lead a fun and passionate team to cultivate a culture of collaboration.
